EICON 2026 accepts both abstract and full paper submissions.
To maintain quality and consistency, separate submission guidelines have been developed for each category. Authors are kindly requested to carefully review and follow the relevant guidelines when preparing their submissions. Detailed instructions for formatting, structure, and submission procedures are provided in the respective sections.
Submissions are checked for compliance with conference guidelines, formatting requirements, and relevance to the conference scope.
Abstracts are reviewed by subject experts for relevance, originality, and clarity. Full papers undergo a double-blind peer review, evaluating quality, methodology, and contribution to the field.
Authors receive reviewers' feedback. Submissions may be accepted, accepted with revisions, or rejected. Final acceptance is granted after required revisions are completed.
All accepted papers will be published in the EICON 2026 Conference Proceedings. Selected papers may be invited for publication in partner academic journals following peer review. Authors will retain copyright of their work.
